INGLEWOOD COMPANY.
The Inglewood Oil-boring and Prospecting Company, Limited, reports that the late difficulty with casing has been overcome, and drilling has been proceeding satisfactorily in papa country. A depth of about 1100 feet has now been reached. Sounder country is now being encountered, and tho manager fully expects to be enabled to report a dry hol^ in a very short period. During tho last day or two an excellent flow of gas has boon struck in the harder formation. Tho present indications in the bore are all of a most favourable chai actor.
