A "BEAR"' IN THE HOP MARKET.
(Received April 14, 10.15 a.m.) 'HOBART.. April 14. Efforts ore being made by buyers to "bear" the price of Australian hops all round. The movement, is resented by local growers. They intend to ask the Commonwealth Government to increase tho import duty by H a shilling per pound.
