CASH FOR BREAD.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 10. The master bakers of Wellington will inaugurate the coupon system on May 4. Not less than a dozpn coupons are to be sold to any one person. These will cost 3Jd each — thus allowing a discount of 2d (sic) on dozen loaves. Those paying cash on delivery will be charged 3id per 21b. l6af. Public institutions and shipping are exempted.
