PALMESRSTON N\, March 28. . At the Supreme Court to-day Mr Justice Cooper delivered judgment in the case of WiljTiaiti Heed and others v. tho Levin Co-operative _ CJompany. In this case plaintiffs applied for tho annulling of" the election' of John Daviep and Basil R. Ofardoner as directors of tl«3 defendant company, and fAr n. mandamus ordering the company to proceed with a fresh t>l6ctiori of directors. His Honour gave judgment for defendants, with one set oi costs, assessed at £36 Us.
