Moses and Pittar, claim for £2000 damages for alleged neglect and unskilful extraction of teeth, was continued in the Supreme Court to-day. Evidence was given by Drs. Roberts, Evans, and.Delautour, the two former stating that plaintiff was suffering from consumption, and the latter stating that examination by means of X rays had failed to disclose the presence of a tooth in the lung. The evidence for the defence has now closed.
