DUNEDIN, July 24,

A five-roomed house in Mornington, owned by Robert Sainsbury, and occu pied by Hugh Hannah, was destroyed by fire early this morning. The occu-, pants went out at 7.15 p.m. yesterday, leaving a fire burning in the kitchen range, and had not returned when the outbreak was discovered. The house was insured for £200 in the Phoenix Office and valued at about £350. The furniture, which was valued at about £195, was insured for £100 in the Com mercial Union Office.
