United Press Association. — By Electric Telegraph.— 43opyright. - (Received July 23, 9.58 p.m.) LONDON, July 23. Mr Henniker-Heaton appealed to tho Right Hon. Sydney Buxton to postpone the -question of adhering to the RadioTelegraphic. Convention held. in Berlin. The Times suggests the convening of a subsidiary Imperial Conference to inquire regarding £he Convention, so that the Empire may act as a corporate whole whether to adhere to or abstain from taking part in the Convention.
