THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT.
(Received July 22, 10.25 a.m.)
SYDNEY, July 22. The terms of the agreement between the Mine Owners and the Coal Lumpers' Union are that the lumpers are to receive three halfpence additional per hour for night work. The owners remain firm in their demand for freedom to employ non-unionist labourers and permanent foremen ; but they have no objection in the case of casual foremen to employing unionists.
