United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. NEW YORK, July 20. The Board of Examination which enquired into the battleship Georgia disaster reports that a flare-back, caused by shutting off an air blast too soon, while a light wind was blowing into tho muzzle of a gun, ignited the powder which tho loaders had in their arms, causing' the explosion. Three more of those injured have succumbed, making the total number of deaths ten.
