RUAPEHU AND TONCARIRO.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 19. A Taupo telegram statos that Mounts Ruapehu and Tongariro seem to bo in active eruption. There was an explosicn at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon. A slight earthquake was felt at Auckland yesterday.
