(Received June 29, 8.51 a.m.) LONDON, June 28. The Baroness Eckhardstein is applying for a judicial . separation on the ground of her husband's cruelty and misconduct. A letter was read from her father, the late Sir John Blundell Maple, stating that he had paid the Baron's debts amounting to £60,000, within 18 mouths of the marriage, in addition to giving an allowance of , the capital value 'of £70,000. Petitioner stated that she had undertaken obligations totalling £200, r 000 to meet the Baron's liabilities.
