Some friends yesterday g-ot a new bed for the unfortunate woman, but the children have practically neither bed nor bidding. If any ..f your readers have a single bed or stretcher they have no further use for, ;r a mattress or two and a few blankets they could .well spare, I would- be very glad to send for them if they Would drop either yourself or Box 54 a lin« to that effect.
