The Crown Prosecutor said that, in reference to Moses and McDonald, expolicemen, in whose cases the Jury disagreed, he would accept a pica of guilty on the charge of receiving. McDonald Vf'as further charged on a second count, with receiving. The Grown Prosecutor accepted a plea of giuilty on the latter count. His Honor, said he would like to hoar all the cases before passing sentence. The case against $uill is set id own for June 12th. % *' Oliver Henry Osbtorne -was then changed, and pleaded not guilty, to itealing handkerchiefs froim (Messrs kilroy and Sutherland. The "jury returned a verdict of receiving, with a recomjmendation io mercy,, as they believed- he was the tool of others. Accused pleaded guilty to receiving on two other charges. The Judge deferred 'seriterice until after' the -hearing of Quill 'S caed. > . ' ' -
