The Crown Prosecutor said that, in reference to Moses and McDonald, expolicemen, in whose cases the Jury disagreed, he would accept a pica of guilty on the charge of receiving. McDonald Vf'as further charged on a second count, with receiving. The Grown Prosecutor accepted a plea of giuilty on the latter count. His Honor, said he would like to hoar all the cases before passing sentence.
