Great Britain, , France, and Italy are negotiating a treaty respecting neutrality and integrity of Abyssinia. It is reported that it also deals with the railway question. The Times' Paris correspondent sa^ys tlwit notwithstanding: contrary reports, there is no intention of submitting th» treaty to Germany^ who has no interest involved.
