BAD WEATHER.

Per Press Association. Napier, May -3. There is every prospect of the weather clearing and the danger from a serious flood is past. The river bank at Meeanee burst, and the country in the jp/iciinity is flooded- to ( a depth) of three feet. The railway line between Napier and .Hastings is under water for a considerable distance, and the train service has consequently been disorganised.
