Butchers' Meat.— Beef : 'Sirloin, 6d; prime ribs, 3Jd to s£d; rump steak 8d; other roasts, from 3d to 6*d; boiling beef, from 2d to 4d; corn beef, from 4d per Ib. Mutton: Hind-quarter, s£d fore-quarter, 4id, legs 6d ; loins 6d; chops 7d ; shoulders 5d ; necks and breasts, 3£d per Ib. Pork : Fresh, 6d per Ib. Veal, 5d to 6d per Ib. Sauaages : Beef, 5d •; pork 6d.— These prices are for cash only 5 id per Ib for booking over one week.
