Brodrick (Secretary of State for India) informed the House that the Indian reinforce- j ments for Thibet consist of four j companies of British infantry and four j companies of native infantry, with two ten pounders, Royal artillery with two mule guns, and a mule corps i commanded by Colonel Read, of the 4th Rajputs. The reinforcements are intended to strengthen the lines of communication. . j The Chinese Government has again renewed a declaration of neutrality.
