It has been heightened by the reported discovery of two new fifteen inch reofs showing gold freely. Many people are leaving for the field, including a number of wellknown mining men. , Several of the earlier claims, it is stated, aro givingrich returns. Prospectors are fyarned of the necessity of "being, well equipped aril financed owing to the distance and difficulty of access and the scarcity of water and food on the fields.
