Members who are sus--pended for the first time will be ex- . eluded for twenty (days upon which the House sits ; for the second offence forty days ; and for the third eighty days. Excluded members will only then be re-admitted upon apologising to the Speaker, and members. On disobeying after their suspension they will be excluded for • eighty Parliamentary days or for the remainder of the session.
