Accidents and Fatalities.
(Per Press Association). - Waihi, November 12. — A miner named Jerry Sullivan fell 6Wn the shaft of tht Waibi mino, a distance of 110 feet. His back was broken and he waa killed in stantly. He had with others gene down' iin a cage tp- ? a compartment. He lifted toe protecting bar and walked into spacer evidently thinking the cage was there. -He was umarried man, and 35 years of age.
