CHINESE DEMANDS.
i THE ALLIES' REPLY. Received January 29, 12.24 p.m. London, January 25.-China demanded the possession of public buildings, the cessation of expeditions, and the early withdrawal of troops. The Ministers replied that the mere acceptance of the principle of the AlHeh' demands is insufficient, as the guilty must be punished before the withdrawal is considered.
