Messes Vickers and Stevens report : That owing to the inclemency of the weather there was not a large muster of stock in the Inglewood Yards, but what were yarded were all sold at following prices : Small calves zOs to 255, good calves 24s to 37s 6d, springers L 4 to L 4 10s, 15 to 18 months steers L 3 6s 6d to L 3 12s, store cows L 3 9s 6d, fat cows L 4 5s to L 4 10s. They also report the sale of Mr J. O'Keeffe's farm at Tarata, containing 201 acres, to Mr J. H. Missen, of Dannevirke ; also, on account of Mr L. Griffiths, sections 282 and 292 in the township of Inglewood, to Mrs A. Turner, both at a satisfactory figure.
