M. Krantz informed the dumber of Deputies that Colonel Cnignot confessed to communici»tin» the cor. espondence ; hence he retired yesterday from the service, and would^ be deprived of his rank. M. Delcasse declared that ho dosiroi full light thrown upon the Dreyfus case. A noisy demonstration \v.»s made by tho Right, but the vote of confidence was carried by a largo mijority. The correspondence showed that M. de Freycinot eided with Colonel Cuiguet.
