[PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION^ Wellington, Soptembor 11.—MrGreenway, representative of tho Cassell Company, has been ia Wellington some time negotiating with the Government, for the purchase of the company's patentrights. The matter was only awaiting: the Premier's arrival, and probably wilL bo concluded in a day or two. Tho sura mentionod is £15,000.
