Produce.—Transactions in oats are not numerous, and. the market is quiet, but holders show no inclination to quit at present values; but there is not much encouragement for buyers to offer higher prices, though there is an impression that later on much stronger demand is bound, to set in. Bright stout milling are held for Is 10id to' Is lid; best bright short feed, Is 9d to Is 9Jd; medium, Is BJd to Is 9cl; inferior, Is 5d to Is 7d, ex store, sack 9 extra.
