[per press association.] Madrid, July 2.— ln the Cortes, Marshall Campos said it was preferable that America should recognise tho Cuban rebels than permit quasi-complicity with filibustering. Sen or Canovas Baid he would have accepted the scheme of autonomy before tho rebellion and was quite was prepared to adopt and favoured reforms when quiotude was restored.
