Capetown, July I.— ln the House o£ Assembly, Sir J. G. Sprigg, Premier, said he mijsfc recognise the effect of tho Rhodesia revolt on the natives at the Capo. As war was possible he must refuse to send mounted rifles to Rhodesia fearing they may be wanted. Capetown, July 2.— There is much discontent at Mr Rhodes' removal. Many of the Boer settlers will leave if he goes.
