Secretary, Opunake, with fees enclosed, and name, description, age, pedigree and performances of the horse, name of the owner and colours of the rider. No entry will be received for any race except upon these conditions : That all disputes, claLns, and objections arising out of the raoing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards : present, or those whom they may appoint; their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. The winner of any handicap flat race after the publication of the weights to carry a penalty of 71bs in the Flying, Racing Club, and New Year Handicaps; ■ penalties not cumulative. A Hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race (Hack and Hunter , Races excepted), and is not nominated at I time of start, and has not during the ! three months previous thereto, been nominated for any race (Hack and Hunter Races exoepted).
