Cnttlo having their central permanent incisors fully up wil) be considered as oxceedioglv 1 year and 9 months. Cattle having their ?econd pair of permanent inciaaro fully up will be considered as exceeding 2 years and 3 montliß. I att!e having their third pair of permanent incisors cut will be considered as exceeding 2 years and 8 months. Cattle having their fourth puir (corner) of per manent incisors fully up, and tbeir interior molar ahowiog signs of wear, will be considered as exceeding 3 years.
