Time 3min 1 2 ssec. Div., £7 15a. Thompson Handicap.— Rangipuhi, 1 ; Thame, 2; Heatherbell, 3. Workman and Krina were first away, with Rangapuhi last Eulnine, Thame, and Heatherbe'l took command, with Workman at their heels. At the turn Rangipuhi came with a rattle, catching the leaders half way down tbe straight and won by a length Time lniin 46 1 ssec. Dividend, £8 18a.
