NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR LOAN.
BONDHOLDERS WILL NOT OPPOSE LOANS FROM NEW ZEALAND. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.
LOiNDON, April 11. — Sir John Lubbock, in commenting on the Hon J Ballance'a replica to the Now Plymouth Harbour Board bondholder' letters, expresses tho hope that tho Council of Foreign Bondholders will not be driven to oppose the Stock Exchange quotation of any loan from New Zealand which vaay be placed on the market.
