stable deposed that deceased twico fired at them ; they only fired to intimidate him, and were surprised that tho shot took effect. The jury found a verdict " Tint Plummor was shot by a constable in the execution of his duty, being justifiable homicide ; and added a rider commending tho conduct of tho constable.
