DEATH OF LIEUT.-COLONEL BUTTS.
Lieutenant-Colonel Burrs, who was lor a number of years in command of the Wellington Volunteer District, died in Wellington on Saturday night. He sustained a third stroke of paralysis on Friday night, from which he succumbed.
