CONDITIONS. The Commitee holds to itself the right to make any alterations in the programme that might be found necessary. Nominations for all events must be in the hands of the Secretary (G. Baxter), or Treasurer (11. Bourke jun.), one hour before the event takes place, and performances for the last two years. Protests mast be in writing and lodged with the Secretary within ten minutes of the declaration of the Judge. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10s (ten shillings), which Bum shall be forfeited if not upheld by the Committee, whose decision shall be final.
