The winner of any Handicap Race after the publication of the weights to carry * 71b penalty- All nominations and entrances must be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Opunake, with fees enclosed, and name, age, pedigree, and performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. The Rules of Racing, as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs in New Zealand strictly adhered to.
