RIVAL RAILWAY ROUTES. Wellington, December 5. .Mr Cadtnan intends to travel by the proposed Central route of the Worth Island I'runk Railway to Otorohanga,' where he is to be present at a large nativo meeting about the middle of the month, and returns to Wellington by the Stratford route, in order to become acquainted with tho nature of the country through which the two routes pass. It ip also tho intention of the Minister to mako a journey by the Waitara-Mimi and Auckland" route before the ne.\t Session.
