TilE following is the result of tho ballot taken in the Land Office this (Thursday) morning for land in the Huiroa and Ngatimaru Blocks. The land is taken up principally on deferred payment and perpetual lease, the price given below being tho cash value put on the land :—: — Sec 11, block 15, Waitara (9£ acres), one applicant, F.
