Melbourne, November 30. The difficulty between the wool buyers and sellers has been amicably settled. It is announced that the City of Melbourne Building Society will suspend business to-day. The cause is stated to be the withdrawal of deposits at a faster rate than the income came in. The Society now owes its bankers £70,000.
