BANKRUPTCY COURT.
Friday, September 18.— Before R. G. Bauchope, D.O.A. PRIVATE DEPOSITIONS. The f ollowicg aro the private depositions of: George Stockman, native agent : — George Stockman, being sworn, said : I hand in a statement dated 16th September, 1891, which shows correctly how I came to file my petition to bo adjudicated a bankrupt. I have omitted in my schedule of assets a plough, which I havo sold to my son, Edward William Stockman, for £16 103 to bo paid out of this year's crops. The lease of tho Mangrira Block is in my own name, and that of my wife, Jano Stockman, and my throo sons, Edward William, George, and Frederick Jamea. There aro throe others interested in tho lease, Mr J. B Roy, Mr Jamea Sanderson, and my father. Tho agreement is that all have an equal share in the lease, and thus I have only a one-eight share. I shall do my utmost to got the lease completed so that my creditors may get any benefit that may come from my share in tho lease.
