PRIMITIVE METHODIST BAZAAR. THIS DAY.

A bazaar in aid of the funds of the Primitive Methodist Church was opened at 2.30 o'clock this ( Wednesday) afternoon, in the Alexandra Hall,, by Hia Worship the Mayor, who made a few suitable remarks. The display of fancy and other articles is an excellent one, • and is well worth a visit of inspection. The bazaar will be open to-nighfc, and to-morrow afternoon and night. An extended notice of the bazaar witl appear in to-morrow's issue.

His Excellency the Governor and party, are expected back from the mountain trip this evening. A mammoth amateur minstrel troupe, including juveniles and adults, has been organised. They will appear on Boxing night. Full particulars will be published shortly.
