A FORTUNE OF TWELVE MILLIONS.

A stbange story of the discovery of an heir to a large fortune comes from Coonabarabran, New South Wales. A wealthy selector, named Arthur Alfred Teale, waa visited by the Rev. James Young, Church of England clerg\ man, and incumbent of that parish, lately from England. Mr Young made some inquiries concerning the early family history of Teale, and, knowing that a huge property was in Chancery belonging to someone of the same name, he communicated with a lawyer at Home, the result being that little doubt is felt that the rightful heir is found. The value of the estate is said to be £5,000,000 ia cash and property to the value of £7,000,000. Years ago Teale used to say that his family were worth, millions, but little credence was given to the statement.
