In the Divorce Court to-day, in the case O'Shca v. O'Shea and Parnell, a domestic bervaiit, formerly in the employ of Captain O'Shta at Brighton, gave evidence to the effect that Parnoll visited Mrs O'Sliea under an assumed name, and that on one occasion he made his escape by a window, owing to the unexpected arrival of Captain O'Shea. The jury found ParnelL guilty of adultery with Mrs O'Shea, and a decree was nisi granted.
