T OANS granted on freohold property •*— ' on terms from one to twelve years, at the option of the borrower. The advantages of the system introduced by this Society are as follows :—: — Borrowers are enabled to Choose tiieir own Period of Loan, can make the payments easy or otherwise according to their circumstances. Thkv Cannot bb Compellbd to pay a DAY LONGER THAN AQKEED on, whether the Society is prosperous or not. They are not Obliged to Become Shareholders, consequently are not dependent on the profits of the Society for cassation of payments, and are not compelled to keep dragging on with their subscriptions long after the time they expected. THERE ARB NO STOPPAGES WHATEVER from advances, either as Commission Bonus, or back puyments, there is no series to sturt from, loaus commence from the month in which the advance is made, and the Society prepares the Mortgage Deed free of cost, in cases where the loan is for £100 and over, and for a period exceed ing three years — a concession grunted by very few, if any, other similar Societies. To pereonß who are payinpr rent, the advnntago of joining is obvious — by piying to the Society for v limited number of years, they become purchasers of the property and make it a Freehold, a result never nttained by ying rent to a Landlord.
