The telegram containing tho Auckland acceptances — Montrose and Dolosa for the T.J.C. Handicap, Doloaa for tho Flying, and St. Michael for tho Welter and First Handicap Hack Race — was forwarded on Thursday morning by Mr Hayr (tho Club's Auckland agent), but by some mischance it was mislaid, and was not found till Thursday night. The racehorses Montroso, Dolosa, and St. Michael were brought down in the s.s. Gairloch this (Friday) morning.
