AUTUMN SHOW.

( Continued from yesterday.) Amongst the exhibits at the Show which we find we have omitted to mention, was a very large collection of ferns, made by Miss Wade, mounted on paper, with their names and place where gathered being noted in the corner. They attracted considerable attention and a first prize was awarded, the judges as well as every one who inspected the col'ection, expressing their admiration at the skill that had been displayed by the young lady in her work. The Show was well patronised in the evening, fully 500 person? being present. The concert went off very well, every one of the items submitted meeting with merited applause. Songs were given by Misses Wood, Teed, and A. Ilempton, and Messrs N. Okey and Arrowsmith. Miss Humphries and Mrs 11. J. Honeyfiold played a piano duet. Mr Dudley Eyre gave a recitation. Two instrumental pieces were played by Mr H. Cottier I (cornet), and Masters S. Cottier (Hute), and R. Cottier (violin), Mr J. Moroy accom panying them. The accompaniments to the vocalists during the evening were played by Misses Halsc, Okey, Teed, and Mr Garry. The concert was very successful.
