Melbouene, September 26. The Board of Health has decided that all vessels arriving from Tasmania be quarantined until a thorough examination of passengers by the Health Officer has been made. If the passengers are found healthy, pratique will be granted.
Sydney, September 26. Beach and Hanlan have signed articles of agreement to row for £500 aside and the Muir whiskey trophy, valued at two hundred guineas. The date on whioh the/ match is to take place is not yet fixed.
