HOUSEBREAKING AND THEFT. Auckland, September 6. A German, named Joseph Fry, with several aliases, and against 'whom there are sixteen previous conviotions, has been arrested for breaking into the Wesleyan Parsonage, occupied by the Rev.- Mr. Battle, and stealing wearing apparel. FORGED NOTES IN CIRCULATION. Donedin, September 6. Forged Bank of New Zealand notes are in circulation here. There are three bearing the same number in the possession of the police.
