RAHOTU SCHOOL COMMITTEE.
TO TUE EDITOR. Sir, — I beg to draw the attention of the Education Board to a resolution proposed by the Chairman of this Committee to have the school " inspected " (save the mark) once a week by the different members of the Committee. We are all perfectly satisfied with Mr. Anderson^ and Mr. Murray, and as the Committee n\s not the best educated men in the colony (to put it mildly); sotne of them, in faot, would have trouble in distinguishing B from a bull's foot ; their attempts at "inspection" will only distract the children's attention from their lessons. I have no doubt whatevor but that the Education " Board will at once exercise its authority and stop such an impertinent interference both with the teacher's and the children's time. — I am, &0., A Parent.
