The charge against Thomas Hall and Margaret Houston for alleged poisoning of Mrs. Hall, was resumed at the Police Court, Timciru, on Tuesday, at 2 p.m , before J. Beswiek, £sq , R.AI., and Messrs. Elworth and H. Lecren.
Mr. Vt hite, fcr tho prosecution, naked for a remand. Messrs. Perry and Ha}', for the prisoner?, opposed the application, but Mr. Beswiek granted a remand until Monday next, Mr. White undertaking to finish the ease on that day.
