AUSTRALIAN TELEGRAMS.
Sydney, July 15. The Mariposa sailed this afternoon for San Francisco, via Auckland. The Legislative Assembly Bill giving effect to the resolution in favor of a grant to Sir John Kobertson was read a third time and passed. A motion tabled by Sir Henry Parkes formally challenging the ruling of the Speaker as to the legality of last Friday's sitting came up for discussion to-day, aud on a division being taken the motion was negatived.
